Hello,
For the past couple of weeks now, when people call my phone it plays some sort of recording ("Please enjoy this music while your party is being reached") and then plays music (really annoying elevator crap, why can't it play some Kelly Clarkson, I got a reputation to maintain instead of a normal ringing tone).
I never set this.  I tried calling Verizon customer support and they were useless said that since it is a business account, I would not be able to change this setting/service.  Could you please turn it off for
me because everyone who calls me asks me what the fuck is up with my ringtone and it's getting monotonous? Thanks.
