Back in October, I was in lust with a lovely black leather studded hobo bag. I purchased it from World of Girl dot com and waited ever so patiently.
A week and a half later, no bag. I e-mail them, politely inquiring if there is tracking number (they didn't give me one with the order confirmation). I get an auto-response back saying that they appreciate my business but that it will take 72 hours before they can get back to me. WTF #1.
So they get back to me 72 hours later and say, Oh yeah that bag was so popular it was backordered, it will be another month (mid November) before you get it. Please be patient but if you want a refund let us know. Which makes me wonder, were they ever going to tell me it was backordered unless I had asked them what was going on?? WTF #2.
I tell them, no problem I'll wait. Come mid-November, still no bag. After obsessively checking the front door for packages, I e-mail them again, AGAIN politely asking what was going on, AGAIN receiving that stupid "Wait 72 hours" auto-response but then after that... a week of silence. WTF #3.
Finally, around the beginning of December, I e-mail them AGAIN, but this time not so nice and tell them they better tell me what's going on, ship my damn bag, or refund my money. And AGAIN a week of silence. The WTF count is now up to 4.
I'm about to sue their asses for fraud but I happen to take a glance at my checking account and see that they credited me for the bag a couple of days ago. Considering they still haven't contacted me about anything this far, I wonder if they had ever planned on telling me they had done this.
So as a warning ladies, don't buy from world of girl dot com. They have bad customer service. They are unprofessional. In essence: suck donkey balls.
And I still don't have a purse.
