While looking for lodging for our upcoming trip to June this weekend, Sar stumbled across one charming little place with a charming little request:
"We honor the institution of Marriage. Our one bedroom cabins are intended for use by a single adult or a married couple. Boyfriend-girlfriend relationships require separate cabins or at least separate sleeping quarters!"
The mind. It reels.
What about girl-space-friend/girl-space-friend? Like if Sar and I wanted to stay there.
I wonder how they would know if you're married? Are you required to bring your marriage license with you?
What about girlfriend-girlfriend relationships?
If gay marriages become legal, would they recognize them as such and allow them to stay? Something tells me that the answer would be "Not so much".
What if I "Britney Spears'ed" it, went down to Reno, got married in a chapel, booked a room with them (to you know, consumate the whole thing) and then filed divorce papers upon checkout?
Even more importantly, can you believe they are all theirs? (If you read the text you will see that they actually had two more since the picture was taken)
